Dinner Dance and Annual Awards Evening 2007/8 Organisations
wishing to apply for an award should, early in the new year, print off the form here and send it with
any other required documents to Derek Winkley. Chairman. Swansea Safety Group
at the address at the bottom of the page. The
Awards on offer this year will be:- 1.
A framed certificate for each Company that can show improvement in
health and safety performance since last year. 2.
A shield for the small or medium sized company or organisation that
can best show significant improvement in Health and Safety performance and
can demonstrate the good Management of Health and Safety at Work practices
which have contributed to that improvement. 3.
A shield for the large company or organisation that can best show
significant improvement in Health and Safety performance and can demonstrate
the good Management of Health and Safety at Work practices which have
contributed to that improvement. 4.
The Chairman will select a company for an award from all of the
applicants that in his opinion is best able to demonstrate that their Health
and Safety Training Programme has been instrumental in the reduction of
accidents and has helped any improvement in Health and Safety performance
over the past twelve months. 5.
The President will select a
company for an award from all of the applicants that in his opinion can best
demonstrate that the innovative use of technology and invention has had a
significant affect upon the improvement of Health and Safety performance
during the past twelve months. 6.
The winners of the Health and Safety Quiz will be presented with the
shield. During
the evening there will be a Raffle, the proceeds will be donated to a
deserving charity. Members please apply for an award your support
will ensure an enjoyable and successful evening. |
